Rev. Jennifer Watley Maxell

Rev. Jennifer Watley Maxell affectionately known as “Rev. Jenn” is the visionary, founder and host of The Ellipsis Experience. She is also the co-founder of The Breakthrough Fellowship where Ellipsis began as the women’s ministry. She says, “I never believed I was good enough, smart enough, or spiritual enough to be in ministry. However, God healed my brokenness and gave me a vision and purpose for my life. My goal is to pass it on and help others experience the transformative, healing power of God through Jesus Christ so they too can manifest lives of vision and purpose.”
Rev. Jenn is a proud graduate of Howard University, and Emory’s Candler School of Theology. She is an ordained elder in the AME Church, a poet and a published author. She resides in Smyrna, Georgia with her husband Charles and their three children Madison, Charles III and Skylar.

Diana Lavender Woodruff, owner of Lavender Ink Creative a photography and branding agency and Ink Photo Booth here in Atlanta, GA is a long-time supporter of women’s empowerment and being an example of how to use your gifts and talents to grow God’s kingdom. Diana is always helping women “do it better” and to bring their unique talents to the table. She enjoys working on the Ellipsis Team because of the many “aha” moments and transformations she sees in women’s lives.

Takia Lamb is the founder of TK Consulting & Design LLC, which was established after creating the website and marketing materials for the initial Ellipsis Experience conference in 2015 and receiving lots of positive feedback. Born in Boston, Takia grew up with a love for art and people. She obtained her BA in Psychology from Spelman College and her Master of Social Work from GA State University. After working in social work for several years, Takia begin working to create a company that focuses on helping business owners develop business solutions and marketing tools that most effectively communicate their unique mission and services.
Takia maintains her role with the core team managing the website, branding and marketing of the conference. She also supports the conference with photography services.
